Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
The short version: Yado gives you a cloud container with AI. Don't abuse it. We'll do our best to keep it running. Your code is yours.
1. What You're Agreeing To
By using Yado ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Yado is operated by Mehdi Gatbache ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The Service
Yado provides a mobile interface to a cloud development environment with access to Claude Code (an AI coding assistant by Anthropic). Each user gets an isolated container with pre-installed development tools.
Things may change or be temporarily unavailable as we improve the service based on real usage.
3. Your Account
You sign in via GitHub OAuth. You're responsible for your GitHub account security. One container per GitHub account. Don't create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
4. Acceptable Use
Your container is for development work. You may not:
- —Use containers for cryptocurrency mining
- —Run denial-of-service attacks or port scanning
- —Host production services intended to serve external traffic at scale
- —Store or distribute illegal content
- —Attempt to access other users' containers
- —Use the service to violate Anthropic's acceptable use policy
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Your Code and Data
Your code is yours. We don't claim any rights to code you write or repos you clone in your container.
Containers are ephemeral. Data persists during normal use but may be lost during infrastructure updates. We are not a backup service — push your work to GitHub.
6. AI Usage
Claude Code is provided by Anthropic. Your interactions with Claude Code are subject to Anthropic's terms of service. AI output may contain errors — you're responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Containers may be restarted or reprovisioned as needed.
8. Pricing
Yado is free to use. We also offer an optional subscription, Yado Pro, which unlocks additional features.
Yado Pro is $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year. New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and your Apple ID is charged.
Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases and billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. They renew automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Apple processes the payment; we never receive or store your card details.
Prices may change. If they do, we'll give you notice, and any change applies to future billing periods, not the one you're already in.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or AI-generated code issues.
10. Termination
You can stop using Yado at any time. We can terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, particularly for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your container and associated data will be deleted.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
